Executive management
Uwe Wanger, Dipl. communication designer, managing director of the association Kiel- Marketing e.V. and the Kiel- Marketing GmbH. Uwe Wanger, born 1958, took over the management of the Kiel- Marketing e.V. and the Kiel-Marketing GmbH on the 1st September 2006.
The Kiel- Marketing e.V. was founded in the year 2006 from the merge of the Tourist Information Kiel e.V.. and the old Kiel- Marketing e.V. In it the business sectors of tourism and city and town management are combined . The Kiel-Marketing GmbH is responsible for the image and local marketing activities of the State Capital Kiel under the brand KIEL.SAILING CITY. Uwe Wanger can look back on long-standing agency and management experience in the sectors of marketing and communication, in which consulting services in the sectors of tourism, economic promotion and development as well as financial services were his priorities. His last aktivities layed in the project managements of theme and adventure parks.
